Situated adjacent the River Aire in the centre of Leeds planning approval was gained for the construction of 44 new one and two bed apartments and a commercial unit to the ground floor. The site consisted of an existing dis-used warehouse and car park and was bordered on all sides by existing buildings.

 

The scheme was developed and approved which looked at converting the existing warehouse and creating a new contemporary infill block which responded to the tight site constraints.

 

With secure parking to the basement the planning approval was subsequently re-submitted and approval gaining a further 34 apartments considerably increasing the value of the development. Work carried out by Director Stuart Wighton whilst at a previous practice.
