Located in the heart of the historic city of York we were commissioned to undertake a feasibility study for the creation of a number of new apartments on an existing flat roof.

Located on the historic Goodramgate the existing site and flat roofed commercial unit provided an opportunity to create six apartments  maximising the views out across the adjacent roof tops to York Minster.

The apartments are set back from the existing 1960's facade and clad in profiled metal to assist in reducing the visual impact when viewed from surrounding buildings.
